Slow Mornings

A video carousel for Instagram: looping clips on the cover and in the middle, photo moments between, warm espresso tones and handwritten times.

Opens in the editor: describe your topic and AI rewrites every slide in this design, or edit it yourself.

What’s on the slides

Slide 1
Slow mornings fixed my whole week
Slide 2
Light before screens
Curtains open, phone face down in another room. Ten minutes of daylight.
Slide 3
Coffee, made slowly
Pour-over takes four minutes. That’s the point: nothing else to do but wait.
Slide 4
Three lines, by hand
What I’m grateful for, what would make today good, one thing to let go.
Slide 5
Then, and only then, the phone
Fifty minutes that belong to me. The emails are still there, and calmer.
Slide 6
What’s the first thing you do each morning?
