What TikTok accepts in a photo carousel
TikTok photo mode is forgiving on ratio but rewards full-screen slides. These are the limits the generator exports against.

Why 9:16 — and why the bottom matters
A 1080×1920 slide fills the phone screen, so your text competes with nothing. 4:5 and square slides still post, but TikTok pads them with a blurred background and the slide looks smaller than the interface around it.
The caption, the sound label and the right-hand action buttons sit on top of the photo. Anything in the bottom quarter or the right ~120 px will be covered — the templates keep the message in the middle band.
