By accessing or using the Carousel Maker service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain our exclusive property and that of our licensors.

Content you create using the Service (e.g., carousels) remains your intellectual property. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform such acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

In no event shall Carousel Maker, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

If you have used at least one AI token during your subscription period, you are not eligible for a refund. By consuming any AI tokens through the Service, you acknowledge that the digital service has been delivered and you void your right to a refund.

The same policy applies to Lifetime plan purchases. If you have used at least one AI token after purchasing a Lifetime plan, you are not eligible for a refund. By consuming any AI tokens, you acknowledge that the digital service has been delivered and you void your right to a refund.

If you have not used any AI tokens, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at [email protected].

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual), depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Carousel Maker reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy (Section 6).

AI-generated content provided through the Service is offered "as is" without any guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or quality. Carousel Maker does not warrant that AI outputs will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing or using it in any capacity.

Carousel Maker shall not be held liable for any consequences, damages, or losses arising from the use of AI-generated content.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
