Roast squash & sage soup in 40 minutes

1 crown prince squash (about 1.5 kg)
2 red onions, quartered
6 sage leaves, plus more to fry

Roast squash and onion at 200°C for 30 min
Scoop into a pan with stock and sage
Simmer 5 min, then blend smooth
