CV 30 Detik

Isi slide-nya

1. Slide 1

From someone who’s read 4,000 of them

How I read your CV in 30 seconds

Second by second: where my eyes go, and the moment I decide yes or no.

2. Slide 2

   0:00 – 0:03

   Name, title, location

Does the title at the top match the job I posted? If you’re applying for “Product Designer”, don’t lead with “Creative Generalist”.

3. Slide 3

   0:03 – 0:10

   Your last two roles

Company, title, dates. I’m looking for a story that points at this job. Older roles barely get a glance.

4. Slide 4

   0:10 – 0:20

   Any number at all

“Grew signups 38%” stops me. “Responsible for growth” doesn’t. One number per role is enough.

5. Slide 5

   0:20 – 0:30

   Gaps and hops

A gap is fine. An unexplained one makes me guess. One line, like “Career break: caring for family”, ends the question.

6. Slide 6

   Same job, two bullets

   Verb, number, result

   One line, never two
