Qué hay en las slides

1. Slide 1

things my therapist said that actually helped

writing them down before i forget (swipe, it gets good) →

2. Slide 2

   1. “you’re allowed to outgrow people”

even the ones who knew you at 15. loving someone and needing distance from them can both be true.

3. Slide 3

   2. “rest isn’t a reward”

you don’t have to finish the list to deserve a nap. the list is never finished. that’s what lists do.

4. Slide 4

   3. “feelings are visitors”

let them in, let them sit, let them leave. you don’t have to make them coffee or ask them to stay.

5. Slide 5

   4. “what would you tell a friend?”

then say that to yourself. out loud, if you have to. it feels weird and it works.

6. Slide 6

which one do you need to hear today?

comment the number. and save this for the next 2 a.m. spiral 🤍
